i want to open a hair and beauty salon where people can get their hair done and their nails and their feet. do i have to have qualifications. is it really necessary or can i just have people who know what their doing work for me.

It's always nice to have some sort of education in Cosmetology to get an idea..But No, You don't have to have any sort of Qualifications(Except what the start requires for Business licenses, and whatnot.).
